(Note:  Compare us "head to head" and you'll see that I am very competitive.  We typically depart the dock between 0400 and 0430 and fish longer days than most charter operations running from Wachapreague. When shopping around ask the prospective Captain what type of fishing day they provide to their clients, you'll see that when it comes right down to it... to catch'em you need a TEASER!)

Fuel Charge:
Fuel prices are like a roller coaster these days. I have added a fuel charge and it works like this.  If the pump price is over $3.50 per gallon on the day of your trip, then an additional charge is added to the cost of your charter .  It works like this (pump price minus 3.50, the result multiplied by 140 - this is the additional charge.) 

Example 1. Day of your trip pump price is $4.00. 
$4.00 Minus $3.50 Equals .50 multiplied by 140 equals $70.00. 

Example 2. Day of your trip pump price is $4.50. 
$4.50 Minus $3.50 Equals $1.00 multiplied by 140 equals $140.00. 

The 140 multiplier is the number of gallons of fuel the boat burns on an offshore fishing trip.

Cancellations: 
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your trip.  Your scheduled trip may be cancelled (or rescheduled) 7 days prior to the date of the trip, resulting in a refund of the deposit being issued. Trips that are cancelled less than 7 days from the scheduled trip date will result in forfeited deposit.     

No Shows:
We go to considerable effort to make sure that we are prepared for you to have an enjoyable trip, if you book a trip and do not show up this takes a day away from someone else. This will result in automatically forfeiting funds paid. 

Safety/Weather Notice:
Captain reserves the right to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions or other conditions which would affect the safety of the party, crew, or  the boat. While every attempt is made to provide as much advance notice as possible there are times when situations arise when such notice is not practical.  In these situations the chartering party will be afforded the opportunity to book a future date or the deposit refunded.

• Camera
• A cooler and ziploc plastic bags (2.5 gallon size) for your catch
